Exams have started and so has the stress, sleepless night and overwhelm for many of teenagers and young adults. I believe this is an essential time to support your teenagers so that they do not become distressed and unwell from the additional pressure.
With the additional apprehension comes additional load on the adrenal glands and immune system, many teenagers can become high risk for developing acute illness such as colds and headaches as well as Glandular Fever and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
