If any problem is found on receipt of an order, including damaged goods, this must be reported to Puraforce Remedies Pty Ltd within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Any problem will be resolved to the satisfaction of the Customer and Puraforce Remedies as quickly as possible.
All warranties and guarantees exclude defects caused by damage or misuse after receipt. Damage during transit is dealt with through Australia Post or other shipping company as applicable.
Puraforce Remedies Pty Ltd guarantees that only the highest quality ingredients are used in the manufacture of all Puraforce Remedies products. If for any reason a Puraforce Remedies product is found to be unsatisfactory, Puraforce Remedies Pty Ltd will refund the cost of the product to the Purchaser on return of the product within 30 days, provided that a copy of the tax invoice detailing purchase of the item is returned with the product. In the event that Puraforce Remedies Pty Ltd considers a returned product to be ‘faulty’, Puraforce Remedies Pty Ltd will also refund the cost of returning the product provided a tax invoice for the cost of the return is provided.
Alternatively, Puraforce Remedies Pty Ltd may elect to replace the item considered to be ‘faulty’, at no cost to the Purchaser.
If a product is received in a damaged condition, the Purchaser is required to immediately contact Puraforce Remedies Pty Ltd. Photographic evidence should be provided wherever possible. On receipt of this advice, the Purchaser can elect to either receive replacement goods with no additional cost incurred, or the Purchaser may receive a refund for the cost of the damaged product(s). This provision does not apply to instances where the goods have been damaged in transit, and such events will be dealt with through Australia Post or other shipping company as may be applicable.
